Our Instructors
With two black belt instructors and assistant instructors, students have one-on-one instruction every class. Our instructors are passionate about martial arts and have been practicing their whole lives.
We offer instruction on traditional Tae Kwon Do forms, self defense, and light contact sparring. Improve your flexibility, coordination, and balance, while learning how to protect yourself. This class is great for childern to learn self discipline and to gain respect for themselves and others.
